All orders are in stock and shipped within 24-48 hours business days.

Transit times 

• US & Canada: 3-6 business days.
• Europe & UK: 3-6 business days.
• Australia & New Zeland: 5-15 business days.
• Rest of the world: 5-17 business days.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday and postal holidays.

Shipping carriers with the same level of service may be replaced at our discretion to ensure prompt delivery.

If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP., so we can quickly change it. After an order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.

To qualify for a return, the item should be unused, ideally with the packaging unopened.You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10 to 15 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. This timeframe helps in reducing the risk of lost packages and expedites the return process.
